**Primary Purpose of the Position**:
As a Customer Service Representative for Mitrade, your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing bilingual support to ensure all clients’ enquiries and queries are addressed and resolved in a timely manner, while still delivering exceptional customer service.

The shift patterns for this role are either 10AM-7PM or 11AM-8PM with a one hour meal break during each shift however this can change to match the needs of the business.

Please note that the position is fully office-based and we are located a 2 minutes walk from Warren Street station.

**What Would Be Your Responsibilities**:

- Use your knowledge/experience to not only identify issues or potential problems but also provide an innovative solution tailored to the clients’ needs / business needs in a timely manner
- Taking initiative to identify business opportunities and ways to improve client experience, often going above and beyond
- Proactively liaise with various departments to assist in resolving our client’s queries

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in English (additional knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is also highly desirable)
- Ability to provide excellent online customer support
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Willingness to commit to long-term career growth and professional development
- Eager to learn about the financial markets, CFD industry, and Mitrade’s trading platform
- Open-minded and collaborative
