As **HR Administrator**, you’ll be providing full administrative support for the HR function, ensuring all tasks and processes are completed accurately, on-time and within legal compliance.

**In this busy and varied HR role, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Preparing all relevant documentation for new starters, current employees and leavers
- Maintaining up-to-date job descriptions, contracts, performance reviews etc
- Monitoring holiday / absence records and liaising with payroll
- Assisting with recruitment, coordinating recruitment days and arranging interviews
- Arranging and monitoring employee training
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date confidential HR records in electronic format
- Contributing to the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- General office duties, as required, to assist in the smooth running of the business

**As HR Administrator, you'll need the following skills and experience**:

- Strong administrative experience dealing with employee related documentation
- Up-to-date working knowledge of HR principles and UK employment law
- Positive can-do attitude with great people skills
- Well organised with an ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Ability to focus and maintain accurate attention to detail
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with outstanding telephone manner
- Proficient user of Office 365 including MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- 5 GCSEs at grade C/4 or above including English & Maths
