**Role**
Reporting into HR Manager the focus of the role is to promote and oversee quality performance improvement, supporting the achievement of performance targets by monitoring company wide performance and compliance by carrying out internal audits and internal/external quality checks and reporting on findings. The role is also to provide generalist HR support to all areas of the HR team and support with any projects across the department.
**Responsibilities and duties include (but not exclusive to)**:
- Liaising with Managers to determine and assess the organisation’s performance reporting needs.
- Produce and deliver performance reports and analysis to managers.
- Carry out internal quality/compliance checks that may be required, including new starter reference checks, preplacement medical questionnaires, right to work checks.
- Working with employees and management to ensure the drive for achievement of KPI objectives.
- Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness and success of performance reports.
- Develop and maintain good relationships and knowledge of all areas of the business.
- Coordinating and attending recruitment interviews across the business.
- Handling employee records including absence and produce relevant reports as appropriate.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to communicate information accurately and conducting regular audits.
- Work closely with HR Manager and support on ad-hoc projects, with the possibility to lead and manage your own projects in time.
- Collecting performance feedback, tracking performance metrics and reporting on them.
- Provide general administrative support across the team.
- Preparing and analysing HR Data and provide monthly/quarterly reports.
- Be proactive with internal and external quality compliance checks, audits and reviews to uphold quality compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation to track compliance activities and outcomes.
- Work closely alongside HSE Manager to ensure that the site is a positive, inclusive, and safe place to work and support with audit work.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations).
- Preparation of letters, reports, spreadsheet management and other possible required documents as applicable
- Support in data management activity, including information reporting, data integrity as required.
- **Applicant Criteria**
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Level 3 CIPD or similar is desirable but not essential.
- Familiarity with GDPR compliance and HR data processing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proactive and motivated to drive tasks forward.
- Strong confidentiality essential
- Impeccable attention to detail, essential for scrutinising files and delving into information.
- Ability to deliver quality reports and administration and presenting data professionally.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
