**Job Profile - how the role contributes to the success of Elite EMS**
To support the overall growth and performance of the business by undertaking general HR administration activities as directed by the HR Manager or business needs. To ensure an effective, efficient and consistent approach to all administration tasks and completion in a timely and accurate manner. Provide accurate reporting of data/stats as required by the business. Support the HR Manager and Head of Recruitment & People by supporting the overall Recruitment and HR Strategies as part of the wider People & Culture Strategy delivery and undertake designated projects where required.
**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**
**Undertake the following tasks and responsibilities including**:
- Ensure return to work interviews are conducted for any employees who are off sick and the absence is also updated on Bright HR
- Print off and file compliance documents, tick off on relevant spreadsheets and staff file front check list.
- Answer phones, take messages and transfer to others when needed.
- Monitor the DBS and Driving licence checking process and adherence to the framework including advising employees, operational teams and control if anyone is unable to work due to impending expiry of licences.
- Complete reference requests for employees for financial or new employment purposes.
- Ensure all staff have correct ID badges when joining Elite EMS, are renewed prior to expiry and are recorded accurately
- Ensure all HR documents are filed either electronically or in personal files in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain accurate recording of employee data in Knack System or any other HRIS related system.
- Conduct exit interviews with leavers
- To work together as a HR & Recruitment team and share information in order to support delivery of key business requirements.
- To thrive in a target driven environment
- Build strong and credible relationships based on good communications and trust with employees and managers.
- Ensure overall compliance with NHS Trust and CQC compliance requirements for all Staff.
- Ensure the 100% effectiveness of HR administration & compliance.

- Participate in and support projects which may be companywide or more limited in scope. these may well be sponsored by the Head of Recruitment & People, HR Manager or an operational Senior Manager business leader
**Essential Education**

- Good general education background to include GCSE English & Maths at level 5 or above.
- A Level qualification in Business Studies
