**Marketing Executive - Competitive Salary - Malton/North Yorkshire/Hybrid**

**The Role
Are you an enthusiastic Journalism or PR graduate? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are looking for a creative, innovative individual who is able to boost our brands awareness through their talent for writing.

We are a dynamic group of companies operating across the Acute Healthcare, Executive Travel, Leisure & Hospitality sectors and we are desperate to get our story out

This role is as new to us as it will be to you.

We are looking for a dedicated, creative person to join our small team in Malton, **this is a 12-month contract** that we hope will springboard your career on to an even bigger and better opportunity. You will be responsible to harvest your own content from our expanding group of seven companies.

You will be the pioneer who helps us mould this role for post-graduates going forward, they will appreciate the little black book of contacts that you have left behind and the relationships you have created over a very exciting and varied twelve months.

**Key Responsibilities**

The key responsibilities of a Marketing Executive, but are not limited to:

- Developing a strong, reliable understanding of our businesses, our competitors, and the myriad of industries we operate across
- Creating regular, relevant, and engaging content across multiple channels, including blogs, on-site, social media, newsletters, case studies, infographics and video
- Confidently and flexibly delivering content that drives engagement, generates leads, and facilitates the growth within our Brands
- Conducting research and competitor analysis to ensure our content is relevant and compelling within our target markets
- Delivering campaign plans using a data-driven approach

Our Directors have grown a group of companies successfully trading across a number of sectors, Accommodation (Holiday Letting & Serviced Accommodation), Hospitality (York’s Award Winning Restaurant, The Whippet Inn & Gastro Pubs, The Bay Horse and The StoneTrough Inn), Medical (YorMed Ambulance Service is an ambulance provider to the NHS, AirMed Assistance our Air Ambulance Services and YorMed EMS providing Medical Services at Events Nationally), and Travel via their Helicopter & Private Jet Charter business,FlyMeNow.

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Marketing Executive are:

- Have a good understanding of all aspects of digital marketing with particular focus on creative copywriting.
- Have a clear understanding of how SEO is an integral part of delivering a successful content plan.
- Have experience creating social campaigns across multiple channels (preferable but not essential)
- Understand what Digital Marketing can do for businesses and always be on the lookout for ways to enhance their campaigns
- Have experience in producing creative content for an array of marketing purposes and for multiple brands
- Be experienced in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Have excellent communication skills and be comfortable discussing campaigns at all levels throughout the business
- Have a high attention to detail
- Have a commercially minded approach with respect to client campaigns and client spend
- Take personal ownership for doing an outstanding job
- Be resilient and able to cope under pressure
- Be able to multitask and have excellent organisational skills
- Have an eagerness to learn and willingness to continuously develop themselves and others
- Take the initiative and challenge yourself and others to find better ways of doing things
