We work with a large variety of care and social welfare businesses and charities across the country Experience in insurance is essential for this role, with sound technical knowledge and a keen interest in further developing specialist knowledge in insurance, risk management and the specific client sectors we work with.Care Client Executive job details:Deliver excellent customer service to clients, offering them accurate, independent insurance advice and supportDevelop and maintain good working relationships with clients, colleagues and insurers to ensure clients are comprehensively coveredNegotiate with insurers to provide clients with a comprehensive insurance programme and value for their premiumDevelop business by identifying and developing opportunities for both new and existing clients, with the support of our marketing team where neededMaintain detailed knowledge of new and existing products and current sector conditionsMonitor and report on performance against agreed targets and objectivesWork effectively as part of the Care & Social Welfare Team, collaborating with Client Advisors, Claims Advisors and other Client Executives to help achieve the wider company goalsSkills needed to succeed as a Care Client Executive:Previous experience and knowledge from working in the insurance spaceAbility to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clientsBasic computer literacy & numeracy skillsAbility to work to set targets and objectivesAbility to work well independently and as part of a teamYour starting salary will be dependent on your previous experience and any qualifications you may haveA discretionary bonus earned upon achieving set targets and objectivesHybrid working available once probationary period is passedA clear personal development plan helping you expand your knowledge and experience to progress your careerOpportunities to obtain qualifications with the Chartered Institute of InsuranceA fun, sociable environment with regular incentives and social eventsEmployee Benefits such as retail and hospitality discountsLocationThis role is available at our Hull or Malton offices.
