As a Barclays Securitised Products Solutions Associate, you will have the opportunity to join a growing working on dynamic private side Securitised Products Solutions. You will support the team with the origination and execution delivery of both privateand public market securitised financing solutions for our clients.
This role is deemed as a Certified role under the PRA & UK Financial Conduct Authority - Individual Accountabilities Regulations and may require the role holder to hold mandatory regulatory qualifications or the minimum qualifications to meet internal companybenchmarks.

**What will you be doing?**:

- You will be responsible for the execution of originated deals, as well the analysis of potential new opportunities
- Collaborating with external clients and a wide range of internal stakeholders to ensure efficient project management
- Conducting securitised credit risk analysis, interacting with rating agencies to optimise execution efficiency and support credit analysis for Barclays-funded facilities
- Collaborating with other members of the Securitised Products team in order to analyse potential opportunities from an economic point of view and analysing return on capital
- Providing analytical support of origination within Securitised Products and with partner teams across Barclays to ensure efficient and well-run transaction execution
- Supporting the syndicate desk for the execution of public ABS (Asset Backed Securities) transactions with institutional investors
**What we're looking for**:

- Relevant experience working within an investment bank / financial institution
- Keen interest in European structured finance markets and willingness to learn
- Comfortable managing work streams and managing tasks within small deal teams
- Good analytical skills and high attention to detail
**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Prior experience of working in asset-backed financing teams is desirable
- Articulate and happy communicating with internal stakeholders and external clients and building robust relationships using excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver under pressure
- Previous Project management experience would be beneficial
**Where will you be working?**
