As a Barclays Securitised Products Structurer, you will have an exciting opportunity to support the team with the execution of complex asset-backed lending and securitisation transactions with multiple parties. This is an important structuring role. You will predominately focus on the execution of originated deals, as well the analysis of potential new opportunities. This represents an exciting opportunity for someone with some experience to make a real impact and develop their expertise and skill set.

**What will you be doing?**
- Supporting with the execution of complex asset-backed lending and securitisation transactions with multiple parties
- Being responsible for developing best-in-class structures, ensuring excellent deal management, negotiating with clients and internal/external stakeholders
- Supporting client coverage and origination activity and identifying new opportunities that could be relevant to Securitised Products
- Being responsible for working with external clients and a wide range of internal stakeholders to ensure efficient project management
- Collaborating with other members of the team in order to analyse potential opportunities from an economic point of view
- Ensuring efficient and well-run transaction execution, working closely with multiple teams, e.g. Syndicate/Finance/Legal/Product Control/Credit Risk/Compliance

**What we’re looking for**:

- Relevant experience, ideally working within an investment bank/financial institution
- Keen interest in European structured finance markets and willingness to learn
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver under pressure
- Solid project management experience, analytical skills and attention to detail

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Experience gained within a Tier 1 Investment Bank
- Prior experience of working within asset-backed financing
- Comfortable leading workstreams and managing tasks within small deal teams
- Articulate and confident communicating with internal stakeholders and external clients and building good relationships

**Where will you be working?**
In the heart of Canary Wharf, our headquarters at Churchill Place boasts onsite amenities such as; a gym, staff restaurant and deli bar, and is easily accessible by tube and bus links.
