**What you will be doing...**
**HR Administrator - Overseas**, based at Holiday House, Leeds City Centre.
- Reporting to the HR Administration Manager - Overseas, the
- **HR Administrator - Overseas** will
- _ Take Responsibility_ for providing efficient, accurate and timely administrative support encompassing all areas of generalist HR across the business. This role will be responsible for providing support to our Overseas colleagues.**What will you do in the role?**
You will be responsible for producing all HR-related documentation to the required standard, including employment contracts, variations to contract letters and regular HR Process communications such as Pay Reviews. You will also:
- Update and maintain colleague files ensuring all records are up to date
- Highlight any discrepancies to your relevant stakeholder
- Work within defined timescales and agreed SLA’s
**What are the key skills/experience you’ll already have?**
Our
- **HR Administrator - Overseas** will have proven experience working within a process-driven, automated, administrative environment. You will also:
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills
- Be able to work with your own initiative and with high attention to detail
- Have knowledge of MS office packages including Word and Excel
- Additionally, If you are a Spanish Speaker, this would be beneficial but not essential
