Concept Resourcing is pleased to be working with a growing IT/Tech organisation as they look to add a Contracts Specialist to their busy Contracts team.
Reporting to the Customer Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Review of the Customer Contract to understand the support contract inclusions, proposed service wrap, and any other specific contractual obligations to the customer
- Co-ordinate with both sales and operations to ensure that the requirements of the on-going operational support team are understood and captured.
- Manage the transition of new support services from ‘Project’ phase to ‘Operational’ phase.
- To ensure that the correct service levels and obligations are recorded
- Manage the year 1 invoicing of the support service
- To align / co-term contracts where possible to minimise contract volume per customer / staggered end dates
- Initiating the “Welcome Pack” on successful completion of the Transition Service.
- Management and completion of all renewal activity and billing including monthly and ad hoc renewal invoicing, contract extension, uplift, cleanse, invoice/credits & contract confirmation
- Service and Contract changes and amendments
- Management of all support ceases ensuring the seamless exit transition of the customer/contract
- Ownership and accountability to minimise overdue renewals and minimise the risk of contract loss
To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Ideally have previous experience in Contracts, Projects and/or Customer Service role
- Be able to demonstrate working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Commercial outlook and good analytical skills
- Solutions focused with a pro-active mindset
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools including Excel
This role is being offered on a Hybrid basis; therefore, you must be happy to commute to their Blackburn office 3 days per week.
Salary will pay up to £25,000 plus benefits depending upon experience.
