This position is advertised at 37 hours per week.

**Job description**:
We are looking for a Equipment Administrator to assist the Stores Officer in providing an efficient and comprehensive service to stakeholders on site. You will be required to:

- Utilise data-driven tools to monitor, track, and manage inventory, equipment, and stores.
- Receive, issue, and backload equipment using safe manual handling techniques and maintain all associated documentation.
- Manage equipment demands, receipts, and stocktaking processes to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Act as the Calibration Administrator, maintaining the Test and Measurement Equipment (TME) calibration register.
- Ensure timely registration, despatch, and receipt of all calibration equipment.
- Monitor and account for all issued/loaned calibration equipment monthly.
- Liaise regularly with stakeholders to coordinate routine delivery and collection of stores.
- Manage freight and package documentation and confirm safe delivery and receipt of all consignments.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards in all storage areas, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment in line with policies.
- Deputise for the Store Officer during periods of absence.
- Support and promote the development of innovative logistics practices and encourage continuous improvement in the delivery of logistics solutions.

**Person specification**:
This position would suit an individual who:

- Has excellent attention to detail to ensure inventory is monitored, tracked and managed correctly.
- Is confident communicating with a range of stakeholders to ensure processes and procedures are followed.
- Is able to work in a fast-paced environment, where new demands are received daily.

Desirable experience
- Familiar with inventory management/stock taking programmes.

A full UK driving license will be required to be considered for this position. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to be on base 100% of the time.
