The Division of Surgery, Cancer and Cardiovascular are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Upper GI Clinical Support Worker/Administrator to join the General Surgery Team. Accountable to the Administration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering operational standards within the General Surgery service.

General Surgery provides a full range of diagnostic tests, scans and examinations for patients with hernias, gallstones, and general abdominal conditions. Our consultant pool includes world leaders in a number of surgical specialties, including upper gastrointestinal, colorectal and bariatric surgery.

The Band 3 post holder will be responsible for working as part of the regional cancer centre for North West London Hammersmith Hospital and supporting the clinical team in delivering excellent care for our patients by providing an effective and efficient clerical support service.
- To work administratively alongside the Upper GI team
- To cover certain areas of the senior administrators role when they are on leave
- To maintain hospital procedures, standards or records and contribute to a high level of quality patient care
