This role requires the successful individual to provide end-to-end project coordination ensuring the work streams for each of our key National Account customers meet their requirements. Responsible for the end-to-end Project Management Support to the National Account base - Allocate work and coordinate resource movement to ensure Project Timescales are met. - Make certain the VX diary is proactively managed with work orders (tickets) planned accordingly. - Coordinate and audit the Project Manager’s ISO 90001 files for constancy and compliance. - Work with Project Managers to ensure project deliverables are achieved. - First Chase of Project Accounts with Bad Debt >Terms of Contract - Project Procurement support to Project Managers - Complete, help and assist in the production of HSE mandatory documentation including project closure O&M’s - Undertake appropriate other Project-related work tasks and duties as directed by line manager. **People & Communication** Departmental awareness and cross-functional information sharing and management. Work close and communicate with E.ON colleagues always - EMC Customer Support team, where applicable - including communicating all current in progress sites - MES Regional Management and Administration teams - Service Delivery Managers (SDM’s) and Senior Management in times of escalation. - Understand and proactively manage Issues and Actions for each Project in National Accounts **Project Deliverables** Expected Project performance in line with Project Scope and Budget - Understand the unique deliverables for each Project in terms of Time, Cost, and Quality - Compile and update weekly/monthly RAILs for Project Reviews - Monitor project budgets and report margin erosions to PM and National Accounts Contracts Manager **Escalation Management** Early dispute resolution - Work proactively with the team to ensure a limited number of business shortfalls are escalated - Proactively communicate upward areas of delivery concern to line manager - Understand resource requirements and how to escalate any issues **Systems, Processes and Procedures** Deliver excellent customer service - Full working knowledge of business systems (VX Platform or equivalent, SharePoint, Focalpoint, and Dimensions) - Promote consistent systems and processes usage across all MES regions and the EMC teams - Ensure FP Budgets are properly maintained - Continually review work methods and procedures to drive operational improvements - Ensure monthly WIP actions are resolved in a timely manner in line with monthly financial deadlines - Assist the project team in the production and analysis of monthly financial forecasting requirements **Business Opportunity** Advise on business development opportunities in the projects and customers you work with - Add value to the working environment by bringing new ideas forward to debate - Discuss with National Account Project Managers opportunities identified whilst dealing with customers - Help to identify and initiate suppliers and vendors to benefit and increase the company supply chain - Flexible work outlook as work can be varied to meet specific customer demands - Good problem-solving mindset with respect to solving problems and meeting customer SLA's - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in an environment where customer demands can and do cause priority conflicts - Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite of tools especially Outlook, Excel, and Word - Accountability for managing own workload and assisting others as demands dictate - Intermediate Financial Awareness of Profit Margins, Sales and Cost Budget impact and control - Basic knowledge of HVAC Building Management Systems and Controls **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: Up to £28,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Company pension - Employee discount - Free parking - Life insurance - On-site parking - Work from home Schedule: - Monday to Friday **Experience**: - Project coordination: 1 year (required) Ability to Commute: - Bury (required) Ability to Relocate: - Bury: Relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person Reference ID: ECS/RR/00416
