Smart Garden Offices design and manufacture a prestigious range of high quality buildings in their factory near Bury St Edmunds and install across the UK. We are currently recruiting for a full-time **Project Co-Ordinator** to join our busy team.

As a **Project Co-Ordinator** you will be an effective member of the Project Management Team and will have responsibility and overall accountability for every customer; from point of order confirmation right through to completion of installation and into aftermarket care, ensuring each and every element is carried out to the highest standard and timescales are met, resulting in our customers being delighted by our products and service.

**You will be responsible for**;
- Confirming orders to customers in a comprehensive and accurate manner
- Confirming all details of the project and ensuring all areas of the business are fully informed and kept up to date of any amendments
- Proactive customer communications to ensure smooth and professional service at all times
- Ensure timely credit control and process payments through system
- Effectively and optimally manage, along with relevant personnel, the installation and groundwork schedules in line with customer requirements, including reschedules
- Creating and issuing the Works Orders and ensuring all relevant department are updated of any amends in a timely manner
- Handle after market/warranty customer and schedules
- Effectively deal with queries and questions from customers in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure all reporting is completed accurately and on time
- Deliver exceptional customer service internally and externally
- To carry out all aspects of the role effectively and ensure all work carried out is of the highest standard and within required timescales
- Ensure that all regulatory and statutory requirements are met and company policies and procedures are adhered to

**Experience**
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience delivering high quality customer care service
- Project Management experience
- Experience of managing customer concerns to appropriate resolutions

**Skills & Knowledge**
- Excellent communication skills

- Exceptional organisational skills
- Good knowledge of all basic software packages

This position with award winning Smart Garden Offices is offered on a full time with a salary range of £23,000 - £26,000 per annum depending on experience.
