If that's a YES, then Tingdene Homes are looking for you to join our team. With over 50 years' experience in park homes and modular building we have a well experienced and established team who are just waiting to welcome you aboard.

The position of Property Maintenance Engineer is a varied role based out of our Wellingborough site on the road across the UK, attending development sites nationwide; to complete aftersales works and pre-customer handover inspections on newly sited parkhomes.

This is an interesting and varied role for a skilled trade's person who possesses skills such as painting and decorating, plumbing, fixing leaks, kitchen adjustments or repairs, flooring fitting, remedial works etc. or experience in other areas such as door/windowadjustments, adjusting jacks and general property maintenance.

**Additional Information**:

- 45 Hours
- Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm
- Friday 7am to 2.30pm
- A shared company vehicle will be available for travel to sites
- Overtime available
- Staying away required
- Flexibility essential
- Quality workmanship essential

**Essential Skills**:

- Applicants should be able to provide a high level of customer care and understanding and have the ability to work to a high standard.
- Work closely with the office to resolve any issues/ problems to the customer's full satisfaction.
- Full clean driving licence is essential, and the position will involve working and staying away from home.
- Proven previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability to stay away from home potentially up to a week at a time

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience in decoration and wallpapering.
- Previous Park home or modular building experience.
