Property Inspector

Richard James Lettings & Management are a leading Residential Lettings & Management company, covering Wellingborough, Irthlingborough, Rushden and the surrounding areas.

We have a successful team of property experts that make this happen, and we are now looking for one more to join our enthusiastic team.

We are looking for a full time property inspector to join us. This is a great opportunity for an upbeat, confident and professional individual to join the action and have an exciting career within the property industry.

**Duties will include;-**
- Conducting mid term property inspections
- Producing photographic reports using software to be sent to Landlords
- Highlighting any maintenance items to Landlords and instructing the necessary contractors
- Arranging further inspections as and when required
**Skills & Experience Required;-**
- Previous lettings experience ideal, but not essential
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of the team
- First class customer service
- Good time keeping & diary management
- Good understanding of IT
- Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
