Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services
- Identify and qualify leads for business development opportunities
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided to deliver persuasive sales pitches
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Document all customer interactions and update customer information in the database

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
- Good listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns
- Ability to handle objections and overcome challenges in a professional manner
- Basic computer skills for data entry and updating customer information

Please note that this position requires a high level of motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required.
