**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services.
- Engage with potential clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and sales progress using Salesforce or similar software.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective telemarketing strategies and improve overall performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Achieve individual and team targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

**Skills**
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is advantageous.
- Ability to engage with customers effectively and build rapport over the phone.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude towards achieving goals and overcoming challenges.

Pay: £23,002.00-£24,913.00 per year

Additional pay:
