**Training and Events Coordinator**
**Location: London
- Hybrid**
**Permanent, Full time**: 28- 35 hours per week (negotiable)
**Salary**: Up to **£34,712 per annum**
You will be a flexible and proactive administrator who will ensure no opportunities are missed. You will go the extra mile to ensure the smooth running of the training and consultancy work across AVA. You will have excellent customer service skills to supporttrainers to access training, respond to training and new business requests in a timely and efficient manner, and support the Director of Training and Innovation to evaluate the impact of our training and events offer.
**Key duties and responsibilities**
- To lead on administration of training, booking trainers, delivering materials, sending evaluation forms, booking rooms and interpreters and other accessibility functions
- Create a strong network of associate trainers - with up to date understanding of their availability and interests - including identification of need for new associate trainers and recruitment/induction of them
- Producing invoices for those who commission, attending training or registering on e-learning and where necessary follow up. To generate new business for training, describing and selling our training offers and working with clients to create bespoke trainingpackages as required
- To support the evaluation and impact management of AVA training offer - including generating evaluation reports and tracking changes in bookings over time and identifying new trends and needs
**Person specification**
- Commitment to tackling a wide range of Violence Against Women and Girls related issues
- A non-judgmental approach to survivors of gender-based violence and women experiencing multiple disadvantages
- Proven administrative skills including good IT skills and remote software platforms
- Strong attention to detail, with an ability to process financial data accurately and in a timely manner
- Good communication skills, and customer service focused attitude
- Excellent time management skills - ability to plan, multitask and prioritise work to ensure that all activities are completed within deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ideally you will have experience of working in the area of violence and abuse and/or mental health, substance use or homelessness including lived experience
