Service Desk Analyst

Service Desk Analyst needed for a large client of mine based in London. The position will be initially officed based, however, once you are able to work independently you will have the option to work a hybrid shift - 3 days in office / 2 days at home. Therole will entail some travel to the firms regional site for Helpdesk and project work. The standard hours are 9.30-17.30, but these may vary within the overall Helpdesk shift pattern of 8.00 -18.00. In addition, there will be a requirement for weekend work and or overtime.
There is also a schedule of weekend support cover as part of the role.

- Windows 2012/2016 server and Cisco/HP networking environment
- Microsoft Exchange 2013/Exchange Online
- Microsoft O365
- Microsoft Teams telephony, messaging, conferencing
- Windows 10/11 Enterprise
- 100MB - 1GB Fibre WAN network
- 4G, Mobile and Cisco VPN remote working
- MS Office 2019
- M-Files Document Management
- SharePoint 2013 Intranet (CROCUS)
**Essential**
- Helpdesk Experience
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11
- Strong Knowledge of MS Outlook 2019
- Strong working Knowledge of MS Office 2019
- Good Working knowledge of mobile technology (MDM/Blackberry Work and iPhone/Android handsets)
- Engaging personality
