**Salary:£11.00 - £11.50ph equivalent to £23,000pa**
Temporary assignment to start with - Permanent for the right person
Working hours: Mon - Fri 08:00am - 17:00 (Hybrid Flexibility)
We are currently seeking a Compliance Administrator to work for a very well-established trade supplier based out of Bradford.
Our client is a leading supplier of specialist building materials to trade customers across Europe with strong positions within core markets as a specialist distributor of insulation and interiors products and as a merchant of roofing and exteriors products.
**What does the role involve?**
As the Compliance Administrator, you will have responsibility for:
- Monitoring and co-ordinating the compliance of suppliers in line with guidelines- Ensuring compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operational practices and documentation returned by suppliers- You will verify assets and liabilities by comparing documentation, completed questionnaires, and examining supplier control systems to ensure records are accurate and reliable- Monitoring and as necessary, co-ordinate the compliance activities of suppliers to remain abreast of the status of activities and identify trends- Working with the Audit team to support audit functions (ISO Audit Programme)- Administering the product compliance assessment process in line with company guidelines- Working with suppliers to manage the assessment process efficiently- Ensuring (within set guidelines) that all sourced product is identifiable, traceable, and fully compliant- Providing support to various parts of the business- Assisting in process mapping and maintain a universal way of working across the business units to maximise efficiency- Analysing reports and creating Excel filesYou will be someone who is well versed with following procedures/compliance and be adapt in creating/using Excel spreadsheets. This position will suit someone who is looking to make that next move in their career and embed existing knowledge and skills whilst learning new ones.
Further to the above ideally you will have the following:
- Familiarity with operational and compliance procedures and regulatory experience would be an advantage (but full training will be given)- Experience in a similar product compliance role (full training will be given)-
- High degree of attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal, organisational, and presentation skills- The ability to multitask in fast paced business environment- Outstanding analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills- Ability to understand third party systems and ways of working, and to suggest developments / improvements- Excellent MS Office Skills (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word)- Experience of process mapping- Strong inter-personal and communication skills - an excellent team player**Mandatory requirements**:
