At Anchor, we're passionate about creating safe, comfortable homes where residents can thrive. As an Asset Compliance Administrator, you'll play a key role in helping us maintain the highest standards of property safety and compliance across our portfolio.

Your strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and commitment to doing the right thing will help ensure that every Anchor property continues to meet our regulatory responsibilities and more importantly, keeps our residents safe and secure.

What you'll do:

  • Keep our compliance records on track: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records, certifications, and documentation to support statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Support our compliance activity: Monitor property compliance and flag any issues to your Line Manager and Asset Compliance Contract Managers so they can be resolved quickly.
  • Provide excellent administrative support: Deliver a high-quality, efficient service to colleagues, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with financial tasks: Support key finance activities such as invoicing, receipting, budgeting, and year-end processes to keep things running smoothly.
  • Help drive service improvements: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and respond promptly to enquiries from residents, colleagues, and partners.

What you'll bring:

  • GCSEs or A Levels in Maths and English.
  • A Business Administration Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
  • Confident IT skills, particularly using Excel.
  • Experience in property management, housing, or compliance (desirable).
  • Knowledge of housing and compliance regulations or a strong willingness to learn.
  • An understanding of the social housing sector and its compliance expectations.
  • A collaborative approach and excellent communication skills to resolve queries effectively.
