**Subcontractor and Commercial Co-ordinator**

Shropshire Homes are looking to recruit a driven and hardworking individual to support our Commercial team. They will work closely with our Quantity Surveying and Purchasing teams, whilst interacting with all parts of the business to manage our weekly and monthly payment processes.

**The Role**
- Set up and maintain subcontractor accounts, ensuring full PQQ process is followed and ensure verifications are completed online with HMRC
- Input weekly subcontractor Invoices onto COINS, ensuring costs are posted to correct Job
- Distribute invoices for authorization by relevant QS/Buyer
- Logging and processing of monthly invoices onto COINS and preparing for payment.
- Review CIS deductions
- Monitor Subcontractors Insurance details
- General administration as required
- Work to strict deadlines whilst working as a team
- Support the buying and the QS team with raising orders
- Support the QS team with the reporting process
- Coordinating the H&S documentation and site setup documentation
- Hard working
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn
- Well organised
- Work well under pressure
- Demonstrate Commercial/Finance Acumen
- Have an interest/ awareness of the construction industry
- Computer literate especially Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- COINS experience is preferred
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- Experience in resolving disputes and queries with suppliers/subcontractors
