Job Introduction

Main Responsibilities
- Organising the correct documentation to enable the Field Service Engineers to travel to customer sites.
- Responsible for ensuring that the correct equipment and kitting is available specific to customer specifications/job requirements.
- Organising training for Field Service Engineers.
- Communicating effectively with customers and Field Service Engineers to resolve service delivery issues.
- Maintaining and updating Field Service Engineer management systems to enable regular reporting on KPI’s such as utilisation hours.
- Ensure all procurement activities, including invoicing are carried out for customer billing.
- Scanning/cataloguing drawings and other historical data.
- Handling customer enquiries.
- Creating purchase requisitions and order input (VIS based).

Person Specification
**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience of travel booking and organisation, particularly in relation to offshore/overseas engineers would be advantageous.
- Clear and highly effective communicator, both verbal and written.
- Proactive and very well organised with attention to detail and quality.
- Able to interpret and process information from many sources.
- A ‘can do’ attitude and the will to want to make a difference.
