**The Role**:
Kin + Carta are looking for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial and dedicated Principal Delivery Lead to join our growing team. This role comprises a mix of agile coaching, consultancy, programme management and client management. Our Delivery Leads work with our expert in-house teams of developers, designers and testing engineers to deliver innovative, high-quality software at scale. Our clients span some of the world’s biggest brands, including Cazoo, The Economist, Tesco, Ford, Lexus, Met Office and many more.

As a Principal Delivery Lead, your role will be to give the team, client and projects the best possible opportunity to succeed in a variety of complex environments. You have proven experience managing and delivering large-scale/enterprise-wide complex programmes and the tenacity to manage all that that entails including complex delivery assurance, change management and organisational politics. You should also have demonstrable experience of multiple agile methods, tools and practises and be able to pragmatically apply, coach and consult on them as required. You should have led major change initiatives for clients, understanding areas of pain and introducing and coaching optimised ways of working. You have worked at multiple levels within client organisations, building relationships and delivering outcomes.

**Required skills and responsibilities**:

- Agility at scale - Manage multiple concurrent work streams through full engagement lifecycle to deliver complex programmes of work or transformational change initiatives
- Leadership - Lead by example, support the teams’ development and growth via management, coaching and hiring
- Innovation - Deliver software and transform clients’ ways of working in new and better ways
- Consultancy - Use your expertise to guide clients to continuously increase their organisation's productivity, motivation and value.
- Delivery ownership - Own your programme’s delivery plan and visualise and radiate information for teams and client to ensure transparency
- Delivery assurance - Support the delivery teams across your programme throughout client engagements
- Stakeholder management - Build relationships with and influence C-Suite level stakeholders
- Process - Guide and develop the team’s processes, ensuring agile approaches are pragmatically adopted and maintained
- Coaching - Coach teams and clients to enhance their agility and help them develop
- Continuous improvement - Use varying tools and techniques to identify and drive improvements to quality and delivery
- Data management - Support the use of appropriate metrics to track and forecast delivery, manage expectations and highlight and improve inefficiencies in ways of working
- RAID management - Enable teams by identifying more efficient and effective ways to remove risks and impediments early, manage in and out-bound dependencies across program work streams
- Culture - Build a positive, psychologically safe culture to ensure you get the most from the team
- Facilitation - Facilitate workshops to ensure effective outcomes are reached by your teams
- Commercial governance - tracking budgets and ensuring accurate revenue forecasting, working with client service teams on any mitigation of commercial risk
- Contract definition - supporting in the creation of Statements of Work and casting plans inline with the agreed delivery approach and ensuring the early mitigation of risk in all client engagements
