With many years of combined experience within the field of fertility, we have a dedicated consultant led team supported by a first class embryology laboratory and patient support team, to ensure that the patient receives the very best experience at our Centre.

Therefore, we provide:
- One on one consultant care
- Seven day a week operation, at times that suit the patient.

- starting out, before treatment, after treatment, during treatment and after treatment.
As part of our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for an experienced HR administrator to help support the our centres;
- the Sussex Downs Fertility Centre in Eastbourne and a new centre we are acquiring in the Bromley area;
- by providing a full range of administrative support. The role would involve:
- co-ordination of the recruitment process, posting advertisements and managing responses
- co-ordinating the issue of contracts and onboarding documentation
- the management of personnel and training records
- general staff communication,
- payroll support
- holiday management
- timesheet collation and follow-up
- monitoring and management of the HR timetable
- ensuring the staff and managers are on target with appraisals, year end reviews and mandatory training
- collation of appraisal and bonus information
- Providing HR process advice and guidance
- Contributing to the design, development and improvement of our HR systems and processes.
The role could be based at either our Eastbourne or Kent sites and would report into the Operations Manager. We are looking for someone to join us 15 hours per week worked over two full days. We are flexible as to the days worked, bearing in mind that we currently operate an early and late shift pattern to cover the our opening hours of 8am to 7pm. As we are currently open at weekends, some rota weekend working may be required.
Does this role interest you? If so, we are looking for a dynamic, self-starting administrator with:
- Essential: At least 1 year's HR experience
- Essential: Good numeracy and written skills
- has at least Grade C or equivalent in GCSE Maths and English
- Essential: Excellent organisational skills
- Essential: Good IT skills with a working knowledge of Office 365, its key apps and excel
- Essential: has a full driving licence
- Desirable: Has an HR qualification or is working towards one such as the CIPD
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £12,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
