Crosshands Training is a South Wales based leading Industrial Training organisation holding a number of Training contracts with several major organisations throughout the UK.

As a result of further contract developments we now need to fill this new post.

This person we need is likely to be based in or near Crosshands, Llanelli and to have had similar experience in an administrative position would be advantageous. Responsible for training delivery processes, administration, customer care and having good skills in ICT.
- Responsible to: Branch Manager
- Develop working links with instructors, client companies, individual customers and public sector funded organisations plus accrediting organisations’ staff. Also with other

**Principal Tasks**

He/she will develop and sustain a good working relationship with the client through regular contact, promptly alerting the Branch manager of any potential problems/issues which could affect the smooth running of the training activity or the client relationship.

Contribute to the efficient running of the branch, suggesting improvements to existing systems and procedures wherever possible.

Job specific training will be provided after commencement

Remuneration in line with experience and capabilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
