T.A.D Builders are looking for an Receptionist/Administrator

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Maintain office supplies and order new supplies when needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.

**Key Skills / Experience Required**:

- A good communicator that works well on your own initiative but also as part of a team.
- Courteous and welcoming at all times.
- A positive can-do attitude.
- Customer service orientated.
- Highly organised
- Competent using Microsoft Office (namely Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Good written and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and organise own workload.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Full UK driving license

The Package:

- Salary negotiable on experience
- Full-time position
- 08.30am - 5pm Monday-Friday.
