Due to growth we're now recruiting a Content Manager.

Based from our London location, the Content Manager will be responsible for driving the AJ Bell product agenda as part of the optimisation and digital experience team.

As content manager you will facilitate all change to the public areas of the AJ Bell web and app. You will work with multiple stakeholders from across the business in support of marketing activity, product updates and regulatory change. Ensuring that customersand prospects have all the information they need on their investing journey and that we deliver on our promise to help people, invest. You will take the lead in the delivery of new and engaging content, defining our content strategy, and managing deliveryin the most suitable format across written, video or podcast.

You will have a keen eye for UX best practice and which data points effectively tell the story on how our content performs. You will work closely with the data teams to ensure all tracking is in place and correctly feed into our analytics platforms. Togetheryou will agree how our content should be measured and circulate performance to the business.

The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

- Content change management for all content updates across digital assets
- Building and maintaining digital content for both web and app using chosen CMS (currently Drupal)
- Support all areas of the wider business in facilitating any change requests and managing expectations for delivery
- Prioritisation of change requests and backlog
- Work with development teams for any larger scale enhancements
- Manage wider content team to support content update requirements
- Support marketing and product teams to assist and support all marketing campaigns, activity, and product launches
- Support customer team and acquisition targets through the creation of new journeys and content to support activity
- Work with data team to define KPIs for digital engagement and conversion measurement
- Deliver seamless journeys across web and app
- Manage regular reporting and performance KPIs for web and app performance
- Monitor user behaviour and feed into optimisation roadmap
- Work with wider business and the Optimisation & Digital Experience manager to deliver and evolve the content strategy
- Manage content strategy and calendar and evolve it in line with competitor and business events
- Work with Senior Motion and Video Producer and PR teams to deliver fresh content across our assets
- Deliver consistent experience across both web and app journeys
- Ensure all content is fully compliant and reviewed within regulatory requirements

About you:

- Willingness to work hard, learn quickly and demonstrate high level of flexibility
- Attention to detail
- Ability to interpret concepts into written briefs and pieces of content
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in teams and independently when needed
- Good, practical, understanding of web technologies, HTML and JS
- Excellent problem solving and knowledge of the business to proactively get support
- Able to manage time independently and meet deadlines
- Highly organised and used to managing own workload
- Prior knowledge and experience CMS platforms, Drupal preferably
- Experience with data analytics tools, preferably GA, Crazy Egg
- Experience working with developers
- Awareness of UX & CX best practice
- Knowledge of JS, GTM, JIRA
- Advanced Excel skills
