IT Client Onboarding Specialist

For this role, you will partake in the end-to-end customer onboarding experience. After an initial training period, you will be expected to travel independently to complete customer onboardings.

The onboarding process will consist of:

- Travelling to meet new customers face to face.
- Gathering documentation on all customer IT infrastructure, policies and procedures so the shared desk can efficiently support new customers
- Feeding back with the team to improve the onboarding experience and onboarding process
- Implementation of new monitoring baselines within N-Central to streamline monitoring for customers and improve the shared desk experience
- Setup of monitoring for servers & networking equipment in N-Central
- Setup of patch maintenance windows in N-Central for servers and workstations
- Reporting and recommending improvements to customer IT and infrastructure

In addition to customer onboardings, you may be required to support the professional services team with consultancies including:

- Server Installations & Migrations
- Microsoft 365 Migrations
- Firewall / Switch / Networking Installations

This role is a great opportunity if you want to progress and learn to efficiently analyse and assess a customer’s IT environment to gather the information required to support customers day to day. This role will involve heavy exposure to various different IT systems and you will be expected to identify how these work and document this for the shared desk team.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
