Due to recent growth within the business, Lloyd & Whyte are pleased to be recruiting for a New **Legal Indemnities Administrator** to join our team in **Exeter**, in support of our Lloyd & Whyte Community Broking Division. What you'll be doing - Entering client information and coordinating with Insurers and colleagues. - Maintaining a comprehensive diary system and activity log to manage day to day income generation and returns. - Data Input - Accounts and commission-related and keeping key documents updated and well-organised. - Proactively taking responsibility for assigned tasks and projects, where appropriate. What you'll need to have - Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage a high-volume workload, and prioritize tasks effectively. - Experience working collaboratively within a team. - Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. - The capacity to interact and communicate effectively with diverse individuals, including external insurers and clients. - A positive, proactive attitude, with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility, backed by a strong work ethic. What makes you stand out - Experience in Legal Indemnities or a Legal background, particularly in Conveyancing, would be a beneficial but not essential as full training will be given.
