S&PB Retail Ltd (Sayers and Poundbakery) have got over 120 shops across the North West, North Wales, and Yorkshire and Midlands areas, with plans to expand even further
We provide our customers with a fast paced service in many high street locations with great tasting quality products including sandwiches, savouries and cakes at excellent value prices.
We are now looking for a 2 days per week part-time Office Administrator to join our small Property Administration team. The office is located above our Sayers Calderstones shop on Allerton Road, Liverpool. Days of work are Monday and Tuesday, 8.30am to 5pm, however flexibility is required to cover holidays/sickness.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the Property office.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail or packages
- Assist with scheduling appointments
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records in computerized systems - good knowledge of excel and word required
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
