I am looking for an administration supervisor to join a great team in Huntingdon on a minimum 6 month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave. This position has great hours working just 35 hours per week

Key responsibilities of the administration supervisor
- Administration duties
- Managing workflow for the admin team
- Liaising with internal departments; in particular Dispatch and Print Production
- Liaising with couriers
- Liaising with outsource printers
- Dealing with any problems or issues that arise from deliveries to errors on service sheets/reprints,
- Handling minor issues with clients and complaints
- Day to day management of the team which includes regular 1-1 meetings with each team member
- Organising overtime and being available in the studio when overtime is needed
- Reporting/escalating issues to the manager as required
- Dealing with minor disciplinary matters
- Ensure that the end to end processes for the team are met with SLAs
What we are looking for.
- Dynamic and ambitious with a positive attitude.
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead as well as work as part of a team
- Have previous supervisory experience
- Operate well in an environment of rapid change and work well under pressure
- Be able to multi task and reprioritize at short notice
- Have exceptional customer service skills
- Experienced problem solver
- Demonstrable experience in customer services and working well and calmly under pressure.
