HR Assistant based within a professional market company in the heart of Edinburgh.Our client offers a competitive salary, hybrid working and the opportunity to development your HR experience. An interesting role, where you will assist the HR Team is deliveringa full and comprehensive service to the business.
Your duties and tasks:

- Contracts of employment - new employees and changes
- Onboarding new employees
- Updating payroll information
- Producing new letter
- Drafting role profiles in conjunction with managers
- CV screening
- 6 monthly car users licence checks
- Monitor probation period
- Exit interviews, including leavers administration
- Support the Modern Apprenticeships
- Reference requests
- Other adhoc HR duties as required
