The Role.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Co-ordinator (X-Sell) to join our Customer Service team. This role is key to ensuring smooth order-to-cash operations, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting the wider supply chain function. Youll be responsible for processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and managing documentation for both domestic and export markets.

Key Responsibilities.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and proactively manage enquiries and delivery updates.
- Process and invoice orders accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate despatches via various 3PL routes and track shipments.
- Monitor service risks and communicate with customers to influence OTIF performance.
- Manage replenishment stock orders and ensure timely stock transfers.
- Maintain customs documentation and ensure audit readiness.
- Reconcile Chep pallets and assist with finance queries.
- Onboard new customers and ensure pricing and customs requirements are accurately recorded.
- Maintain supply chain documentation and support cross-functional coordination.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & Experience.
- Experience in a customer-focused environment; supply chain background desirable.
- Professional customer interaction and problem-solving under pressure.
- Knowledge of import/export processes and ERP systems (preferably SAP).
- Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
