Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for an Engineering Co-ordinator to join the Vertu Garage Assist Division based at our Head Office in Gateshead. As part of the team, you will be working closely with the Field Service Manager to manage all aspects of the PPM program and reactive works, relating to workshop Equipment within the Vertu Motors Dealer Network. This role will be integral to the on-going quality of our Service Support we provide to the Dealerships across the UK.

**As an Engineering Co-ordinator you will**
- Allocate Engineers to attend Dealerships in line with the PPM Program including reactive jobs ensuring works are completed within the agreed timescales in-line with the department SLA’s.
- Allocate specialist reactive works to subcontractors when required.
- Where required order parts for repairs via the supply chain and expedite to the Dealerships and then plan any return visits.
- Book overnight accommodation when required for Field Engineers.
- Track approved Sub-contractors deliver services within the required time scales to maintain compliance.
- Work flexibly within the team to support the Departments objectives.

- Strong organisational skills
- Proficient with MS Office suite of products
- Able to use initiative

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

Salary £28,000 OTE: £31,000.00
