**Salary**: £46,500 (includes night shift allowance) plus benefits

**Summary**:
Night Shift Operations Mangers role - 12 hour shifts.

This fast paced retail company is looking for an experienced and inspiring Night Shift Operations Manager to lead, motivate and develop a large team within their distribution centre.

It is working night shifts, any 4 from 7 shifts per week, 12 hour shifts.

You will need a confident leadership style with an aptitude for training and be able to engage and communicate at all levels. Previous experience of distribution of food products would be preferred. This company invests heavily in the on-boarding and trainingof their staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate and train a large diverse team of c600 colleagues
- Maintain Health and Safety regulations
- Manage and achieve KPIs
- Work closely with other support teams (Agency partners, HR, Planning, Engineering,
- Facilities and Safety Team) to achieve Site and Operations network targets

Key Skills/Experience:

- Experience from food distribution - multi temperature controls is preferred
- Proven man management abilities - essential
- Must have worked in fast paced environment
- Automation experience is an advantage
- Working knowledge of computerised warehouse management systems
- Experience of continuous improvement
- Qualified in either IOSH Managing Safely or similar
- Managed departments budgets
- Calm and self motivated
- Able to recall data, astute and analytical
