A great opportunity to join the company in a new role, we’re seeking a professional, friendly and confident individual with strong people skills and who has the flexibility to work across a number of Clinic locations on a regular basis.

Applicants should be extremely flexible in their availability to travel to other Clinics and also to work a range of shifts which will include late evenings and weekends. Very occasional overnight stays may be required depending upon scheduling. Due to the requirement to travel and late evening working, it is preferable that the postholder is a car owner/driver.

This customer service based role is to support the patient through their surgical journey and to act as the point of contact between the Clinic/Patient/Support Team. The role is varied and includes;
- Welcoming patients to their surgeons’ face to face appointments within the Clinic.
- Acting as administrative point of contact in Clinic including scanning and downloading of documents.
- Acting as an impartial chaperone during the surgeon/patient physical examination.
- Post Clinic, liaising between daily clinic activities and the patients’ Surgeon Assistant

Applicants should be used to working with highly confidential personal information and have strong administrative skills

Salary £23,000 per annum. Travelling expenses will be reimbursed for journeys away from the nominated base Clinic in line with the company expenses policy.
