We are looking for a professional, confident, outgoing and friendly front of house host with split role as Social media assistant with fantastic interpersonal skills to join our professional fun team at award winning hair salon in Chelsea.

This role would suit someone that has excellent customer service skills and a natural outgoing personality that enjoys hosting and serving clients.

The applicant needs to be outgoing, friendly, organised and polite with excellent communication skills in fluent English. This role would also be suitable for someone that has had previous customer service experience and is mature.

A passion for style and fashion would go a long way

This role also requires : previous experience in customer care, time managment, excellent customer service skills, technical skills, being able to multi task, problem solving as well as being organised and working well under pressure.

Applicants need to be professional, mature with previous reception and reception duties or service industry experience is essential.

Job Role and Responsibilities:
Managing front of house

Supporting Directors on social media engagements and growth

Content creation

Hosting salon floor

Answering phones and making bookings

Responsible for daily admin duties

Customer care duties

Meet and greet customers

Booking meetings and events

Staff admin

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
