Customer Service Coordinator

**Job description**
An opportunity has arisen for a customer focussed Service Delivery Coordinator to join this well established Engineering company specialising in the Installation, refurbishment, service and repair of all kinds of recycling machinery worldwide.
**Responsibilities**:
Overseeing 5 Service engineers and associated support staff
Interacting with workshop staff to ensure equipment and workshop repairs meet site deadlines
Planning, organising, directing and delegating Service jobs whilst maintaining objectives and forecasts.
Preparation and collation of detailed reports and KPI’s for monthly management meetings
Maintaining accurate and detailed machine files and CRM information using SAGE and other service software packages
Preparing quotations from Sales enquiries and Service reports and following up with customers
Providing support to customers, Service engineers and workshop staff
Maintaining a strong and positive relationship with staff, customers, and suppliers whilst ensuring targets are met and complete customer satisfaction is attained.
Resolving customer complaints
Working with our own H+S Officer to maintain a strong working knowledge of industry regulations and laws including best health and safety practices.
Maintaining and improving Service standards whilst maximising profitability.
The role will entail working with our Purchasing Coordinator and Accounts Director to ensure timely purchase and supply of parts and equipment to ensure jobs are completed and invoiced in a timely manner.
**The Person**:
- Experienced within a manufacturing or Service environment
Strong personality with the ability to manage effectively manage all types of personality.
Excellent leadership, planning, sales and customer Service skills
Experienced with SAGE and Microsoft packages
This role reports directly to the Managing Director.
The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position and is dependent upon the levels of experience, skillsets and qualifications offered. There is real opportunity for advancement
