Technical Coordinator

**About the role**

As the RS PRO Technical Coordinator, you will be the link between the RS PRO technical, quality, regulatory and sustainability functions and the RS PRO commercial teams. As a key member of the technical team, you will be focused on supporting your colleagues through your organisational and communication skills and play a key role them to achieve their goals

**What we’re looking for**

Key deliverables in the role will include:

- To develop and maintain the RS PRO Document Management System (DMS) - including implementation of new functionality, extracting information and producing reports
- Project management of quality, compliance & ESG initiatives
- Produce, coordinate and align communication between the RS PRO technical team and RS PRO commercial teams.
- Manage and coordinate the relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Product investigations, working with various departments (globally) to ensure customer complaints are suitably investigated and recorded
- Quality checks
- Provide support for sales and promotional collateral

**Experience required**
- Product technical / engineering knowledge & experience (specialist training will be offered)
- Excellent written and presenting skills
- Good technical understanding of regulatory requirements
- Able to manipulate and manage large numbers of documents simultaneously
- Able to communicate confidently and effectively with various stakeholder groups in the business
- Ability to build relationships with Stakeholders across the business
- Ability to prioritize and take a risk-based approach.
- Ability to distil large amounts of information and present a case in a clear way.
- Demonstrate the ability to challenge, identify risks and issues, and facilitate development of practical options
- Experience of embedding quality & compliance.
