**The Finance Business Partner Role**

This is a great opportunity to support managers and directors overseeing different business units, working closely to analyse and investigate key business areas and performance metrics. Building close relationships within the business you will report findings, provide recommendations develop plans for ongoing improvements. Key responsibilities include:

- Performance/KPI analysis across multiple sites
- Drive process improvement
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process
- Alongside support from the financial analyst, provide valuable insight to your business area
- Contribute to regional SMT meetings as the finance lead

**Key Skills and Experience**
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or in the final stages of studies
- Strong analytical skills and keen eye for detail
- Ability to communicate with non-finance stakeholders at a senior level
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel
- Ability to manipulate large data sets and adjust financial models
- Experience of Tableau advantageous but not essential
