**Overview**:
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Assist with data recording of accidents and incidents in the workplace.
- Order and track PPE.
- Assist with organising internal and external training.
- Subcontractor maintenance and approvals.
- Input data reported from inspections and notify relevant department of findings.
- Arrange inspections, calibrations etc.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Document control.

**Person Specification**:

- Relevant experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
- Basic understanding of occupational health and safety regulations and principles is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
