**Part-time Conference Coordinator, Brighton, UK**
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative team working together to put on a large trade event at Excel, London in June 2025. As conference coordinator you will manage a large conference programme with over 300-350 sessions and speakers. You must be highly organised, have experience updating websites, using excel spreadsheets and be confident communicating with business professionals.

**The role includes**:
- Confirming session date and time with speakers
- Keeping changes to sessions and speakers up to date via online conference planner
- Chasing speakers for session content and other information required
- Briefing speakers with information for the event
- Optional: work at the 2-day event managing speakers onsite (June 2025, London)
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
- Adaptable to different online conference management platforms (training provided)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Can work to deadlines
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and calm under pressure
This 3 month role, starting in March 2025 will offer 3 days a week (21 hours)
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 21 per week
