Collection Supervisor

From the bedroom of our founder to a company that can boast an 8-figure turnover, 5 warehouses and over 80 vehicles, employing over 100 people, we are certainly not resting on our laurels.

**Why we need you?**

As a Collection Supervisor within the group, you will be expected to maintain the day-to-day running of the collections & loading process, whilst ensuring maximum service and profitability for the business is met. While you will be expected to uphold our core values and key performance indicators, it’s vitally important that we nurture and develop your skills should you wish to progress within the group. We certainly want you to own your area of responsibility so a can do, lead by example approach is a must. You will be involved in everything from staffing, maintaining safe & timely loading & offloading processes, loading of the night trunks and reloading of the next day delivery services, management & liaising with other department heads, whilst reporting directly to your Warehouse Manager.

**What you're measured on;**
- Pallet Scanning
- Safe & Timely pallet offloading & reloading.
- Discrepancy recharge
- Stock Damage Reporting

**Renumeration**:

- Basic Salary up to £30,000 per annum.
- up to 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays.

**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Alfreton, DE55 4BR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
