Am Supervisor

An exciting opportunity has for an AM SUPERVISOR at our client's ALFRETON location.
You will be responsible for the morning EXPREE PARCELS operation, in particular ensuring that all collection and deliver rounds are covered and all freight is tendered for delivery. Your duties will include ensuring all mis-sorted freight is recorded, all freightwith no identification is logged, that all damages are registered and making sure all delivery rounds are covered. In addition to managing a team of 10 Operatives you will also be responsible for ensuring the fleet of drivers depart the depot at scheduleddeparture times and are able to meet all timed deliveries.
You must have previous experience within the EXPRESS PARCELS industry. Ideally you will also have supervisory experience. You will be an effective people manager and motivator of staff, be target and results orientated, have excellent communication skills andbe self-motivated. You will also have the ability to work in a busy environment and be able to prioritize and organize a heavy workload. Lastly the ideal applicant will have a flexible approach to work.
Shifts are Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm
Salary upto £25k dependant upon experience
