Admin Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic **Admin Coordinator **to join an established Domiciliary Care provider in **Moreton-In-Marsh**.
You have the important role of managing administrative systems and processes to the highest standard to help the Registered Manager and the team to work safely and effectively.
Your day is varied and rewarding as you manage your scheduled administration duties alongside responding to ad-hoc requests from care staff, Service Users and their representatives. You will maintain and manage accurate records in relation to the management of the branch relating to finance, Service Users and employees.
This position also requires you to coordinate the day to day shift pattern and allocate work to Care Support Workers.
You will also need to cover the on call service of your branch on a rostered basis.
