Due to continued growth and demand, CCP has been asked by an established housing association to assist them with appointment of several Customer Service Advisors to join their ambitious team as soon as possible. You will be responsible for handling a rangeof inbound enquires in a timely, considerate and effective manner.
There is also a generous benefits package available as highlighted below. Please note, successful Customer Service Advisors must be able to start on 12th September and commit to 6 weeks full time training.
**Experience, Skills and Knowledge**:

- Customer focused and able to demonstrate high levels of customer service.
- Able to use own initiative and solve problems.
- Willing and flexible to respond positively to challenges.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Literacy and numeracy skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and to deadlines.
- Reliable team player who can effectively work in challenging circumstances.
- Previous call centre/contact centre experience.
- Relevant experience of the housing industry and/or customer service would be desirable.
