**The role**:
As a trainer you will be competent in designing and delivering engaging and innovative training, that will ensure our employees can deal with a variety of customers with different financial situations each day. You will be working in a challenging environment where ‘first time resolution’ lies at the heart of what we do. It is therefore important you are initiative-taking and have well developed people skills to problem solve and work in collaboration with our management team to ensure that high standard training is consistently delivered.

**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Design and deliver training needs in a clear and straightforward way that are effective for new starters as well as experienced team members
- Continually develop and adapt current training content, meeting the needs of the individual, team, and business objectives
- Create well prepared visuals and training materials, using a variety of resources to enhance all training outcomes
- Manage the delivery of training workshops, including being responsible for the training environment, resources within it and managing the group of learners during the training hours
- Keep up to date with all process and system changes within the business, ensuring a full understanding of the training topics
- Work as part of a team to produce programs that are satisfactory in meeting all policy, audit, and regulatory requirements, as well as meeting best practice training and development standards
- Design and deliver refresher training across all departments, including all annual CSA certifications
- Consult with stakeholders within the business to ensure training needs are met and delivered
- Train the Trainer certifications such as the Money Advice Trust and FCA regulations
- Responsible for the administration of the training department, ensuring that all appropriate training records are updated and maintained
- Gather and use feedback as a tool to continually improve training content, presentation, and personal skills development

**Qualifications & Experience**:
**Essential**
- Have previous experience as a trainer or facilitator
- Understanding of the full training cycle and using effective techniques
- Experienced in using MS PowerPoint to create engaging training content

**Desirable**
- A formal learning and development qualification at Level 3/CIPD/TAP

Annual Salary £24,000
