Client Partner - Multi-Industry
In this exciting role, you will sit on the Senior Leadership Team and lead from the front, acting as a catalyst for diversity of thought and taking part in significant discussions with both our customers and senior internal stakeholders. As well as delivering Capita Experience growth plans for our clients, you will drive a shift in Capita’s revenue mix by selling higher-value consulting and digital transformation services, in order to move up the client value chain. You will oversee the Account Management, Account Development Planning and Relationship Development with clients on a global basis and will be expected to role model our values and behaviours to ensure that positive colleague experience is at the heart of how we do business.
Our purpose within Capita Experience is to be experts in designing, transforming, and delivering frictionless experiences for the Life Moments that really matter for our clients and their customers. Our Client Partners will shape and sell solutions which underpin clients’ engagement with their customers, leveraging an exciting mix of innovative, digitally enabled, products and services.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Driving revenue, margin and free cashflow growth in Capita Experience
- Directly managing the relationship and growth opportunities on a day-to-day basis
- Identifying new tactical and strategic opportunities to expand share of wallet with existing clients
- Finding and developing opportunities with new clients, aligned with the Market Vertical strategy
- Originating new logo business by developing and growing new client relationships, including generating account leads
- Improving client NPS for allocated accounts within the market vertical
